SHIPPING POLICY:

Our items are made to order.

If your order has only One of a Kind items, it will take up to 48 hours to ship. We will just give an extra polishing on them and ship them to you. All the other items are made to order. It can take from 3 to 10 business days, according to the item complexity and the order's line. Please, if you are short on time, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it work for you.

International shipping: usually arrives within 1 to 2 weeks from the shipping date. Please be aware that customers are responsible for their own country's customs and duty fees that may incur for the import of goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

All returns must be:

- unworn

- without any signs of wear or damage

- in its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

- in all original packaging (box + pouch + polishing cloth)

We accept returns after 7 days of delivery date for refunds, exchange and store credits. After 7 days and up to 14 days of delivery date we still accept return for exchange and store credit.

Please, note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
