About Uluuh
"One of a Kind" pieces are those that have unique stones unable to be duplicated. It is sometimes also referred to by its initials, OOAK.
Yes! Everything is handmade in our studio in Oakville - ON - Canada. The only exceptions are the chains and few findings.
We are really committed to environmental and ethical global issues, and we do our best to keep these values alive in our business as much as possible. We also keep working hard to source100% ethical and traceable materials.
We use recycled silver and gold sheets and wires bought from suppliers in Canada and the USA. For gemstones, we have suppliers all around the world where nature has made them best.
Sourcing ethical materials like chains and findings are pretty tricky. We give preference for local suppliers, but we also work with partners from the USA for these items.
We have a studio in Canada (Oakville - ON) where we design and make all the jewelry pieces. We sell them exclusively online. We know that sometimes questions arise when choosing online. Feel free to send us an email, and we can book a virtual video consultation to help you with size, style or see some items closer.
Returns
Yes! I accept returns, except for custom items.
Here is our Return & Exchange policy:
All returns must be:
- unworn
- without any sign of wear or damage
- in its original conditions with tags still attached (if any)
- in all original packagins (box + pouch + polishing cloth)
We accept returns after 7 days of delivery date for refunds, exchange and store credits. After 7 days and up to 14 days of delivery date we still accept return for exchange and store credit.
Please, note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
It depends! If it is part of our One of a Kind collection it will take up to 48 hours to ship.
All the other items are made to oder. It can take from 3 to 10 business days, according to the item complexity and the order's line.
You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipping email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Behind the scenes: the first thing, I receive a notification and will be super happy and grateful. If it's a One of a Kind item, I will give the item an extra polishing, pack and send it to you in the next 48 hours. If it is not, you order goes to the order's line, I'll check if I have all the raw materials needed to make it and will make it up to 10 business days.
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a beautiful box, with a polishing cloth. It also comes in a reusable bag that can be used to protect your item during travel or storage.
